EMERGENCY POWERS (EXTENSION).

His Excellency the Governor, in exercise of the

powers conferred upon him by Article 5 of the Emergency

Powers (Extension) Proclamation (British Military Adminis-

tration Proclamation No. 30) Doth Hereby Order that the

Defence Regulations mentioned in Parts I and II of the

Second Schedule to the said Proclamation as thereby

modified and continued in force shall be and the same are

hereby continued in force until the 31st day of December

1947.
